About Pilates

Pilates is an excellent way to improve;

- Body Shape
- Posture (which will help back pain)
- Muscle Strength
- Coordination

I work One-to-One, with couples, or in a class environment.

Pilates Classes

Classes run throughout the week Monday – Friday (AM & PM)

Classes are mixed and suitable for all ages and abilities.

Free 15 minute introductory sessions are available before each class

I currently run over twelve classes per week.

Personal Training

I offer a wide variety of training for individuals, couples, corporate or small groups.

The training routines can take place wherever suits you. In your home, garden, park, workplace, gym, indoors or outdoors.
